To move a drawing onto a wall, painters pricked its lines with holes and pounced charcoal dust through them, leaving a dotted outline to paint over. The dots are the part I keep.
Each pendant is pricked by hand, hole by hole, and the charcoal is fired into the enamel so it stays.
